Arts for Art Programs
SCREENING VISION
■ Arts for Art is using this time of social distancing to share edited videos from 25 years of archived video recordings.
ON_LINE SALONS
■ Live-streaming performances featuring socially relevant conversations. On_Line Salons celebrate and acknowledge the music and art that emerged from the Civil Rights movement by African American artists as part of the great tradition of aesthetic and social liberation.
ARTIST GATHERINGS
■ We are currently convening Artist Gatherings on Zoom twice a week to help each other deal with practical and emotional realities as we all deal with the effect of social isolation, and share information on resources.
■ Before COVID-19, artists and community members gathered in person to discuss various issues of concern. In April of 2019 we organized the first FreeJazz Convention.

■ Social marketplace featuring catering and vending from local chefs, merchants, and record labels.
